FLM / MANAGED SERVICES / MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Qualification:

    * Bachelor or Associate degree in Telecommunication/ Electrical from reputable university.
    * Under 35 years old and min. 2 years experience in the same position.
    * Excellent managerial, negotiation, problem solving and leadership skill and committed with a sense of urgency.
    * Experiences in Optical Transmission Equipment and Cable such as SDH, PDH, Converter, OTDR, Splicing are preferable.
    * Always able to work under pressure and over time to achieve target and to analyze on going system then to optimize it to be a best one.

Scope of Work:

    * Positioned in Head Office Jakarta to coordinate on going work of all service points including Sumatera Fiber Optic Network maintenance 24/7 includes Fiber Cable Cuts.
    * Regularly Preventive Maintenance on CME, Cable and Transmission Equipment Including DWDM, SDH, PDH, Converter.
    * Corrective Maintenance 24/7 based on given MTTR to achieve total monthly SLA.
    * Regularly Performance Review with Client NOC HeadOffice in Jakarta.
    * Project Costing Report on Implementation and Budget monthly basis.

We are currently working on an urgent requirement from NSN Middle East and Africa with NSN UMTS optimization experience. The resources need to be placed in 10 to 12 days & the project duration will be 6 months extendable to 12 months.

Minimum 5years NSN 3G Optimization & Planning experience is MUST.

Responsibilities:

• Perform RF network design, planning and optimization activities including HSPA+ Optimization ( RU10 or RU 20 )
• Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
• Undertake BSS/RNC/Node B parameter modifications
• Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for different technologies
• Perform site build verification and acceptance
• Perform SC planning
• Responsible to resolve day-to-day issues and support regions to deliver KPI of every UMTS cluster
• Implement UMTS optimization/acceptance plan, sponsor best practices, assess and escalate system issues to RAN, Core, Data design teams
• Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
• Undertake BSS/RNC/Node B parameter modifications
• Site configuration analysis
• Pilot pollution analysis, parameter configuration, IRAT neighbor analysis
• Exclusion / Exception area recommendation and verification
• Identify, resolve all coverage and RF design deficiencies
• Good computer skills, able to work flexible hours, self- motivated and ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in RF Optimization & UMTS Optimization
