Job Summary
Human Resource Manager is responsible for hiring and disciplining of personnel in PT MDR. He/She is also responsible for training, salary/overtime calculations, updating employees data, yearly review of each and every personnel of PT MDR, recommendations of personnel for bonuses and promotions, placement of personnel in different departments within the company and motivate personnel to keep productivity at a maximum.
Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree with good academic standing
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Working Experience is a preference
- Strong organizational skills and able to work both independently and in teams
- Pro-active in making decisions and responsible for it
- Good in making motivational speech
- Creative training and motivational methods
