Indonesia Vacancy Information Technology (I.T.) >> IT Manager (Jawa Barat - Cibitung, Bekasi)

Responsibilities:

• Manage any new IT project from requirement study stage until implementation.
• Liaise with both internal and external customer in the whole project life cycle.
• Lead a project team which comprises of team member from application development and network and infrastructure team for new project role out.
• Be responsible for producing requirement specification document and test scenario and test cases for all new project. Document IT Operation manual for at the end of each project for handling over to Application Support team.
• Work closely with Development and Network Infrastructure team to prepare project costing.
• Manage the System Integration Testing with both internal and external customer together with implementation team.
• Provide user training for all new projects.
• Support Business team in the pre-sales presentation and response to RFQ for potential business.
• Maintenance and monitoring all database system Support and monitoring Electronic Data Interchange
• Performing query requested reports
• Drive team towards service excellence
• To lead improvement in existing processes and work methods for day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Degree in IT or or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in operations management in the logistics industry
• Preferably as IT Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and planning
• Resourceful and result/customer-oriented
• Fluent communication and written in English
• Office Location : MDC Cibitung Bekasi
