PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (P-DEV)


Responsibilities :

    * Define employee development guidelines & align employee and organization development needs
    * Initiate, develop & maintain leadership development program
    * Source & maintain development partner
    * Establish training needs by analysis of required leadership & managerial competencies & ensure training needs fulfillment
    * Develop, conduct & manage employee and/or management training programs
    * Develop, initiate, facilitate, corporate Management Development Programm & Executive Development Program
    * Develop, initiate, facilitate, corporate high potential development program


Qualifications :

    * Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
    * A progressive exposure and career management in Human Capital Management
    * Deep understanding of people development concept, process and implementation with proven successful implementation /managing the process especially in the area of leadership, management & executive development
    * Develop, initiate, facilitate, corporate high potential development program
