PROPERTY MANAGER (PM) / BUILDING MANAGER (BM)

Requirements:

Male/ Female, Maximal 30 years old.
Education minimal S1, GPA minimal 3.00 from reputable university, preferable background study Technique Civil, Electro, Architecture, Machine, Agriculture, Economic Management, and Accountant.
Having experience Property Management minimal 5 years.
Preferable Fluently in English and Mandarin.
Capable in making decision, able to analyze and think strategically.
Having good knowledge in ’business sense’.
Having leadership skill for handle the team, initiative and innovative.
Good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill, and excellence communications skill marketing.
Good negotiation skill.
To be Located in Sukabumi and Pekalongan.
