INDONESIA VACANCY IT - IT SUPPORT

General Requirements:

1. Minimum D3/S1 Computer Science/ IT.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in the related field
3. Good command in Indonesia & English both oral and written are an advantages
4. Have a good interpersonal skill, proactive, initiative, good attitude and able to work under pressure and work as an individual and or team
5. Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
6. Jakarta Base

Specific Requirements:

1. Good Knowledge in Macintosh Operating Systems is an advantages
2. Good knowledge in LAN & WAN Connectivity, Wireless and Remote Access Connectivity
3. Good knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP, Troubleshooting PC and Server including hardware and software
4. Good Knowledge in Common Internet applications and services (e-mail, Web, ftp, etc.)
5. Familiar with antivirus and internet security (firewall, etc)
