We are reputable Property Developer for retail property in Jabodetabek. We are currently looking for the following position to be part of our team:

Chief Operation

KEY Responsibilities:
To manage day-to-day operations on the retail property with regards to Security, Housekeeping, and Parking Management including overseeing a number of outsourced vendors and their employees.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Commensurate experience in Property Management.
• Degree holder in Property / Real Estate or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of property management experience preferably in sizable property management companies or developer.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Qualifications in risk management, first aid or equivalent.
• Knowledge and practical experience in the application of MS Office Software.
• Proficiency in English.
• A demonstrable experience in team building & leadership roles are a must.
